General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

1.5 Contact Forms

If you choose to contact us using a contact form on our website, your information is stored in our backend and compiled in an email sent to us via SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol).

The information in the email may be transferred to our CRM system. Subsequently, the data will be associated with an existing account with a similar email address or created as a new contact.

Data Breach

We will report any illegal data breach of this website's database and our CRM and ERP database to all relevant individuals and authorities within 72 hours of the breach if it is apparent that personally identifiable information stored in an identifiable manner has been stolen.
